Information we collect
When you request an offer we collect the information you provide: property address, auction or sale date if any, your name, phone number, and email address, plus details you share about the property and your situation. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, device, pages visited) through our website analytics.
How we use it
To evaluate your property, prepare and deliver a cash offer, communicate with you about it, and, with the consent you give at the form, contact you by phone, text, or email. We do not sell your personal information to third parties or share it with other marketers. We share it only with service providers needed to complete a transaction you pursue (e.g., title and escrow companies) and as required by law.
Text messaging (SMS)
We do not share, sell, or rent mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or SMS consent to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you asked for. We share phone numbers only with the messaging providers that transmit our texts on our behalf, and those providers are contractually barred from using the numbers for any other purpose.
If you check the SMS box on our offer form, you consent to receive text messages from AuctionProof at the mobile number you provided, about your cash offer and your property, including occasional marketing and promotional messages about buying your home. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving an offer or of any purchase. We keep a record of your opt-in — the wording you agreed to, the page it appeared on, and the date and time — so we can show that consent was given.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing zack@auctionproof.com or calling (888) 308-0718. State-specific privacy rights (including California residents' rights under the CCPA/CPRA) will be honored as applicable.
