SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 1, 2026. These terms cover the AuctionProof text-message program.
Program description
AuctionProof (operated by Auction Proof LLC) sends text messages to homeowners who ask us for a cash offer on their property. Most messages relate to your offer request: confirming we received it, scheduling a call, asking for details we need to price the property, and updating you on timing as your closing progresses.
If you opt in, we may also send occasional marketing and promotional messages — for example, letting you know we can refresh an earlier cash offer with current numbers if you are still weighing your options. We only ever message people who checked the consent box themselves. We do not text purchased, rented, or third-party lists, and we do not text homeowners sourced from public foreclosure filings who have not opted in.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our cash-offer form at auctionproof.com and submitting your mobile number. The box is unchecked by default, and you can submit the form and get an offer without checking it. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving an offer or of any purchase or sale.
The consent wording on the form reads: "Text me about my offer. By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from AuctionProof at the mobile number I provided about my cash offer and property, including occasional marketing and promotional messages about buying my home. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help."
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Most homeowners receive a handful of messages while their offer is being prepared and, if they proceed, during closing, plus occasional promotional messages afterwards. Replying STOP ends all of them.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. AuctionProof does not charge you for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop (opt out)
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further texts to that number. You can also ask us to stop by emailing zack@auctionproof.com or calling (888) 308-0718. Opting out of texts does not withdraw your offer request — we can still reach you by phone or email.

Carrier support
Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability. Messages may not be deliverable on all carriers or devices.
Privacy
We do not share, sell, or rent mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or SMS consent to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that transmit our texts on our behalf, and only for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
